At FinallyHomeDays, we respect your privacy and take care in how we handle personal information. This statement explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What information we collect
We may collect the following information when you use our websites or services:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The postcode of your home, and what you tell us about your plans (for example rooms, timing and a rough budget)
- Your answers to our Home Profile and design personality survey
- Floorplans, photos or videos of your home that you choose to send us
- Messages submitted through contact or booking forms, email or WhatsApp
Why we collect this information
- To arrange, prepare and deliver your Renovation Clarity Visit and any later design work you ask for
- To send you the results of the design personality survey
- To respond to enquiries or requests
- To share relevant, design-related insights or updates about our work and services
- To understand which of our advertising leads to bookings, and to improve our services and communication
We only collect information that is necessary and relevant for these purposes.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Contract: to arrange and deliver the visit and services you request
- Consent: when you voluntarily provide information, and for advertising measurement cookies (see below)
- Legitimate interest: to communicate with you and improve our services
- Legal obligation: to keep invoices and financial records
This website, forms and the tools we use
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website and our business. They process data on our behalf and are selected with care.
- Netlify hosts this website, receives the booking form and provides visitor statistics. These statistics are based on server logs, use no cookies and do not identify you.
- Typeform runs our Home Profile and design personality survey.
- Cal.com handles bookings of the free 15-minute call.
- Google Ads helps us measure which ads lead to booking requests. Google Ads only loads after you click “Accept all” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
- Email and WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us that way or agree to WhatsApp check-ins.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Where data is transferred outside the EU, this happens under appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
Email communication
If you provide your email address, we may use it to send requested information, survey results and occasional, relevant content related to interior design and our services. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is relevant for its intended purpose, or until you request its deletion. Booking requests that do not lead to a project are deleted at the latest two years after our last contact. Invoices and related records are kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of incorrect information, request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact daria@finallyhomedays.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of our websites and to the interior design services provided by FinallyHomeDays.
Nature of our services
FinallyHomeDays provides interior design, space planning, and concept development services. Our work is creative and advisory in nature. We do not carry out construction, installation, or building works ourselves.
The Renovation Clarity Visit
The Renovation Clarity Visit costs €395 incl. VAT. It is a standalone piece of advice: a visit to your home of about two hours and a written Clarity Note within 48 hours after the visit. Cost ranges in the Clarity Note are indicative and are not quotes. If you book a next stage with us within three months of your visit, €200 is deducted from the fee of that stage.
Fees for later stages are a percentage of the relevant renovation spend, as described on our Stages & fees page. The applicable percentage and scope are confirmed in writing before each stage begins.
Responsibility and execution
Where agreed, FinallyHomeDays actively supports the execution phase of a project. This may include reviewing drawings and details, providing design guidance, checking work on site, and coordinating with contractors or suppliers to help ensure the design intent is clearly understood and respected. During this phase, we will do our best to support quality of execution, monitor progress, and assist with practical solutions when issues arise.
Clients remain free to choose their own contractors and suppliers. All construction or installation work is carried out under separate agreements between the client and those parties. FinallyHomeDays is not responsible for the performance, workmanship, timelines, or contractual obligations of third-party contractors or suppliers.
Use of designs
All designs, drawings, and materials created by FinallyHomeDays are intended for the client’s personal use. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
Changes to services or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version published on this website always applies.
