- Full concept design for the recommended route.

- Enough visualisation to genuinely picture the result.

- 3 months of WhatsApp check-ins — send us what you’re about to buy; we’ll tell you if it fits the design.
Relevant renovation spend = the estimated project spend materially affected by the design work — not automatically your entire renovation budget.

Ready to Build

Outcome: a Contractor-Ready Design Pack. We develop your approved concept — we don’t start over.
What’s included
The design pack
- Execution drawings.
- Detailed dimensions and elevations where needed.
- An exact schedule of every product, material and finish.
- Samples and finish confirmation where relevant.
Getting it built
- Contractor tender brief and quote process.
- Quote comparison — like for like.
- Contractor handover on site, plus one consolidated adjustment round.
Included: Budget & Procurement Tracker. Where available: a local trade shortlist and introductions from the F*HD network.

With Us on Site
“The design is ready. Can someone carry the implementation for us?”
Outcome: we stay involved from design handover through to completion.
Renovations rarely go exactly to plan. We’re there to help you make the call quickly when they don’t.

Your Home, Finally: 6% for kitchens and bathrooms, 4–5% for other spaces. Ready to Build and With Us on Site: always +3.5% (With Us on Site minimum €1,500). Totals are for all three stages after the visit; the €395 Clarity Visit comes on top — continue within 3 months and €200 of it comes off your next stage. All prices incl. VAT. Each next stage is optional. The applicable percentage and scope are confirmed before that module begins. Every journey starts with the €395 Renovation Clarity Visit.

About the fees.
What is included in Your Home, Finally?
A complete functional and aesthetic concept: the real problem defined, viable routes with architect-prepared 2D layouts and indicative investment per route — then a full concept design for the chosen direction: materials, palette and forms, and enough visualisation to picture it. Plus two bonuses: a Move-in Sequence Plan and 3 months of WhatsApp check-ins on anything you’re about to buy.
What is the difference between concept design and Ready to Build?
Concept design decides what your home should become. Ready to Build turns that approved concept into what contractors need: execution drawings, exact products and finishes, a tender brief and a like-for-like quote comparison.
How is the percentage fee calculated?
On the relevant renovation spend: the estimated project spend materially affected by the design work — not automatically your entire budget. Your Home, Finally is 6% for kitchens and bathrooms and 4–5% for other spaces; Ready to Build and With Us on Site are always +3.5%, with a €1,500 minimum for With Us on Site. The percentage and scope are confirmed before each module begins. Minimum fees apply to smaller projects: €995 incl. VAT for Your Home, Finally.
